DESCRIPTION
Precision temperature control starts with a precision temperature sensor. This is a ±1% thermistor that is 10 kΩ at 25°C.
It has a unique 0.6mm x 3mm cylindrical head encapsulated in a polyimide tube for applications where embedding the thermistor is required. It has 38 AWG nickel bifilar leads, which provide isolation from metal housing.
Dissipation Constant is ~0.2 mW / °C in still air.
Thermal Time Constant is ~200 msec in stirred liquid.
It is ideal for optical or thin surfaces and small laser packages. A complete Resistance vs. Temperature chart is included in the datasheet. It is sold in packs of 5.

SPECIFICATIONS
Wavelength Temperature Controllers include stable bias current sources of 10 µA and 100 µA. The following selection guide shows where the thermistor signal is within range of the controller inputs.
