The WTCPEVAL Board contains all the external components necessary to evaluate and configure the WTCP5V5A Controller. The WTCP Temperature Controller is not included. Once operation is understood with the evaluation board, the WTCP can be seamlessly transferred to an OEM circuit board. Test points are provided on the evaluation board so that essential signals can be monitored during the WTCP configuration process. All identically-named testpoints (such as PVDD, PGND, etc) are electrically tied. The WTCPEVAL allows you to set Operate or Standby mode, output Enable / Disable status, and Local versus Remote operation. An LED indicates when temperature is in range. Connectors for power supply and TEC are provided. Trimpots facilitate configuration of the temperature control range, current and voltage limits, and temperature setpoint. Rotary switches allow fine-tuning of the PID feedback loop. Free, effective, and responsive technical support is available to simplify integration of Wavelength products into your OEM design.
