The WLD case is isolated from ground from the factory; by grounding the case, the signal-to-noise ratio can be maximized. If the fan is used to dissipate the heat produced by the WLD, the power supplies can be separated to eliminate the noise produced by the fan. Also, choose power supplies with the lowest ripple for their rated current.
